Terms of Use
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms cover the FlyPamo apps and the FlyPamo account that syncs your notes. By using either you agree to them. They are meant to be read; if anything is unclear, write to us.
Who we are
FlyPamo is made and run by [name of the person or company] (“we”).
Your notes are yours
You keep every right to what you write. When you sign in to sync, you let us store your notes and send them to your own devices; we use them for nothing else. Our Privacy Policy says what is stored and for how long.
You can export all your notes as plain text at any time, with or without an account.
Using FlyPamo
You may use FlyPamo for personal and work notes. Please do not:
- use the sync service to store or send anything unlawful;
- try to get into accounts that are not yours, or overload the service on purpose, for example by sending sign-in codes to addresses that are not yours;
- copy, resell or redistribute the apps.
One account is for one person. Keep access to your email address: it is how you sign in.
The account and sync
- An account needs only an email address. You can delete it at any time in the app (Account › Delete Account); its notes are deleted from our servers at once.
- Sync is designed not to lose text: when the same note's text was changed on two devices, both versions are kept. Still, keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- We may change, limit or end the sync service. If we end it, we will say so in the app and on this site at least 30 days before, so you can export your notes. The apps keep working on your Mac without it.
- We may close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you first.
Paying
Prices and any free trial are described on flypamo.com and shown before you pay; you are charged only what is shown there. Purchases made through an app store also follow that store's terms, including its refund rules.
No warranty
FlyPamo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available, and reminders depend on your Mac being on, awake and allowed to show notifications. Do not rely on FlyPamo alone for reminders where missing one could cause harm.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of FlyPamo. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for FlyPamo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, this page changes, with a new date at the top. If a change matters for how your notes are handled, we also say so in the app before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state].
